One of the most eclectic areas of the city, Bloor and Bathurst, in the Annex, is a great place to be. There is a rich history here, the tree lined streets and beautiful Victorian homes have seen a lot of change over the years and more is on the way. Although there are only a small amount of Toronto condos here now, this is an area to watch.

Want to dine out? There are plenty of good restaurant choices not too far , like Mr.Tonkatsu, Sushi On Bloor and One Love Vegetarian, just to name a few. Grab your morning coffee at Green Beanery located at 565 Bloor Street W. Groceries can be found at Village Market which is only steps away and you'll find Rexall a 3-minute walk as well. Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema, The Bata Shoe Museum and Innis Town Hall are all within walking distance and could be a great way to spend some down time. If you're an outdoor lover, you are only a 5 minute walk from Gwendolyn Macewen, Bickford Park and Christie Pits Park.

Without a car, you can get around rather easily. The closest transit stop is a Bus Stop (BLOOR ST. W. AT BATHURST ST.) and is only steps away, but there is also a Subway stop, BATHURST STATION - EASTBOUND PLATFORM, a short distance away connecting you to the TTC. It also has (Bus) route 300 Bloor danforth Night Bus, and (Bus) route 307 Bathurst Night Bus nearby. If you're driving, you'll have decent access to the rest of the city by way of Gardiner Expressway as well, which is within a few minutes drive using on and off ramps on Dan Leckie Way.
