The Bay St Corridor is home to many banks and office towers, and an increasing number of Toronto condos , offering a central location and access to the downtown core businesses and attractions. There are 23 Condos with units for sale in the neighbourhood like one of the newer buildings Burano, which has 486 units and at 50 stories has some amazing views around the city. There is quite a bit of park space here, which in the summer can be a great reason to get that coffee to go and waste an afternoon under a tree.

Some good places to grab a bite are Tosto, Extreme Pita or Lapret. Venture a little further for a meal at one of the neighbourhood's restaurants. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Tim Hortons located at 800 Bay St. For groceries there is The Bagel Stop which is not far.

Without a car, you can get around quite easily. It also has route Bay nearby. For drivers, the closest highway is Gardiner Expressway and is within a few minutes drive, making it easier to get into and out of the city getting on and off at Yonge St.
