Second to arrive on the CityPlace scene, the striking towers of Apex were completed in 2003. It's also not far to Harbourfront for lazy summer days enjoying the outdoors by the lake or for some exercise along the Martin Goodman trail. Close to home you'll find dining options from casual to upscale at Hunter's Landing, Città and The Fox and Fiddle. If you can't find what you are looking for right there in the building, try M& M Meats across the street. Or you have other grocery options at Sobeys or Bulkco just around the corner.
It's a quick walk to the TTC streetcar stop Spadina and Front West. Drivers can access the Gardiner Expressway via the Spadina onramp just 2 minutes from home. And if your travels will take you further afield, the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport is about a 5-minute drive away.
