With the University of Toronto recently being named the 24th best university in the world, the popularity of this downtown neighbourhood is set to skyrocket. With its beautiful, wide, tree lined streets and neighbourhood feel it’s no wonder the Toronto condo developers have a long history here. Settled in the 1790’s some of Toronto’s founding fathers have called the Annex home from Timothy Eaton to George Gooderham.
