Stoney Creek is a quaint, historic community located to the east of Hamilton city centre along the southern shore of Lake Ontario. As a traditionally rural area, the residential side of the neighbourhood is still young with many single-family homes and only a handful of Hamilton condos for sale and for rent.

With both natural waterfront exposure and the scenic expanses of the Niagara Escarpment nearby, Stoney Creek is a unique little hamlet in Southern Ontario. As a modern town, there are several commercial centres along Grays Road and King Street, where residents can find a variety of retail outlets, specialty shops and restaurants, grocery stores, plus unique local hubs like the Powerhouse Restaurant and Bar. Other notable attractions include Mohawk College Stoney Creek Campus, Ridge Road Estate Winery, Battlefield House Museum and Park, Devil’s Punchbowl Falls, as well as the Stoney Creek Recreation Centre for local arts and athletic programs.

Much like the City of Hamilton, Stoney Creek is well connected to its neighbouring cities along the Golden Horseshoe in both Canada and the United States. The QEW provides swift travel to downtown Toronto and Niagara Falls, while GO Transit is available from Hamilton to Toronto and further east. The Hamilton International Airport further connects Hamilton to cities around the world.
