Located on Lulu Island in the southwest of the Metro Vancouver area, Richmond has the fourth largest population in British Columbia. The city itself is comprised of many neighbourhoods spanning from the Pacific coast to the inland community of Queensborough, with a wide range of housing options from single-family homes to modern Vancouver condos for sale and for rent.

The area is officially known as the Golden Village, and it’s home to almost a dozen shopping malls, with plans in the works for future development to improve transit connectivity along the Canada Line rail system.

Speaking of connectivity, Richmond is also home to the Vancouver International Airport on Sea Island. Highway 91 and 99 run through Richmond providing smooth routes for trips around the whole Metro Vancouver area.

You are only a 22 minute walk from Starbucks for that morning caffeine fixand if you're not in the mood to cook, Level V Bakery is near this property. For groceries there is Marketplace IGA which is an 18-minute walk.

Without a car, you can get around quite easily. The closest transit stop is a BusStop (Southbound No. 5 Rd @ Granville Ave) and is a 6-minute walk, but there is also a Subway stop, Richmond-Brighouse Station Platform 2, only a 26 minute walk connecting you to the TransLink. It also has (Bus) route 405 Five Road/cambie nearby.
