For nearby green space, Inter River Park and Appin Park could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk.

Without a car, you can get around rather easily. The closest transit stop is a BusStop (Capilano University @ Bay 1) and is a 4-minute walk, but there is also a Subway stop, Brentwood Town Centre Station Platform 1, an 8-minute drive connecting you to the TransLink. It also has (Bus) route 028 Capilano University/phibbs Exchange/joyce Station nearby.
