A coveted community in the easternmost portion of North Vancouver District, Deep Cove sits at the foot of Mt. Seymour and exists as a haven for those who love nature. Currently, there are only a few Vancouver condos for sale in Deep Cove, most of which are low-rise or townhouse style buildings.

Once an Indigenous fishing environment, Deep Cove became a common vacation spot for Vancouver residents in the early 20th century with a prominent yacht club and dance hall. Today, the area has expanded with many more outdoor recreations from programs for rowers, kayakers, and boating to the vast trails of Cove Forest for hikers and thrill-seeking mountain bikers. The community hub of Deep Cove is a charming waterfront strip of local shops and restaurants like Osaka Sushi and Arms Reach Bistro, all located along Gallant Avenue and Panorama Road near the marina. For a more substantial commercial centre, residents will want to pop over to Parkgate Village Shopping Centre along Mt. Seymour Parkway.

There are a lot of great restaurants. If you can't start your day without caffeine fear not, your nearby choices include Honey Doughnuts & Goodies. Groceries can be found at Meat the Butcher Fine Meats which is only a 16 minute walk and you'll find Dr Diane Barnett nearby as well. For those days you just want to be indoors, look no further than Seymour Art Gallery to keep you occupied for hours. Love being outside? Look no further than Deep Cove Park and Panorama Park, which are both only steps away.

Without a car, you can get around rather easily. It also has route Seymour/phibbs Exchange/burrard Station, and route Deep Cove/phibbs Exchange nearby.
