Dating back to the founding of North Vancouver City, Lower Lonsdale is now a popular waterfront community with many Vancouver condos for sale from high-rise towers to mid-rise buildings and even select townhouses.

Residents will find a lot to explore along Lonsdale Avenue, as it’s the go-to place for local shops, restaurants, and services. For a festive feeling, the Lonsdale Quay Market is a perfect place for a family outing full of local vendors and eateries, and even a Night Market. The neighbourhood is also home to many schools and lots of outdoor green space, ensuring a fun, active Vancouver lifestyle. Waterfront Park is a community classic for days spent in the sun, and Victoria Park along Keith Road is popular for dog-walking and Frisbee-tossing.

Local bus service along Lonsdale Avenue keeps residents connected to the rest of North Van, as well as Vancouver’s mainland across the harbour. The passenger-only SeaBus ferry service can take you residents across the harbour, while drivers can take two convenient bridges into Downtown Vancouver.
