Toronto-based developer Madison Group has partnered with Nobu Hospitality to announce Nobu Residences. The highly anticipated mixed-use complex of residences, hotel, restaurant, ground-floor retail and outdoor Zen garden, and will be located at 15 Mercer St. in the heart of the city's vibrant Entertainment District.

Completion is planned for 2020, while sales of selected units begin in Summer 2017.

NOBU RESIDENCES

Nobu will consist of two 49 storey bronze towers, built above the current Pilkington Glass factory which has stood on the site at 15 Mercer Street since the late 1800s.

Designed by award winning Teeple Architects with interiors by the renowned Studio Munge, the two towers will fuse together both a modern aesthetic and the historical facade of the Pilkington Glass Factory.

The planned two tower development will include 700 condo units.

NOBU RESTAURANT

Nobu Hospitality, the luxury restaurant and hotel chain, was founded by Robert De Niro, famed Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Hollywood producer Meir Teper. Nobu Restaurant will introduce to the city of Toronto. Chef Matsuhisa's world renowned "new style" Japanese fusion cuisine located inside the Nobu Hotel.

The 15,000-square-foot, two level restaurant will feature a bar lounge, outdoor seating and private dining rooms.
