Mount Hope is a small suburban community of Hamilton, formerly part of the surrounding municipality of Glanbrook. Nearby the John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport, Mount Hope has a lot of growth potential and is likely to see the development of new Hamilton condos in the future.

Mount Hope is home to the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum, attracting tourists, students, and aviation buffs. The neighbourhood is also bordered by Southern Pines Golf and Country Club and Willow Valley Golf Course at the main intersection of Airport Road East and Upper James Street.

Nearby Highway 6 provides the fastest route to surrounding areas, while Highway 403 will bring residents into downtown Hamilton, as well as further north along Lake Ontario to Toronto and the neighbourhoods of the GTA.
