The project was designed to work with the grade of the land; the wide, mid-rise profile of the building makes it appear to seamlessly nestle into its leafy setting of Birchwood Park. It features striking architecture and Canadian modern design inspired by the west coast, while also offering generous balconies and an expansive outdoor oasis.
