Condo Living in Central Burnaby

Central Burnaby stretches along Highway 1 from Burnaby Lake Regional Park in the east to Boundary Road in the west. It’s a family-friendly neighbourhood with several Secondary Schools, the Burnaby Hospital, and a range of Vancouver condos for sale, mostly in unique townhouse developments.

The east side of the neighbourhood between Highway 1 and Canada Way is an established residential area with a lot of single family homes and local park grounds. Over on the west side, near Canada Way and Boundary Road, is where you'll find condos for sale in Central Burnaby. There are nearby parks such as Avondale and Falaise Park, plus a shopping centre at the corner of Grandview and Boundary. To the south, Central Park and Metrotown Mall provide two of the best spots in Burnaby for shopping and outdoor recreation.

With the convenience of Highway 1, as well as several nearby SkyTrain stations, getting around Central Burnaby should be a walk in the park. In fact, you could walk across the neighbourhood from Kensington Avenue to Boundary in a little over an hour.
