The biggest thing you look for in a realtor is someone who understands your needs and works in your best interests. Varia is one such realtor and much more. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, came up with recommendations on her own and provided honest feedback on the properties we saw. She also went above and beyond by taking our calls at all times of the day and negotiating for the best price for us. Varia knows metropolitan Toronto very well and it is evident in the way she talks about market trends – she has a pulse on the lifestyle changes happening to communities in the GTA, and I doubt there is much that escapes Varia’s attention when it comes to property for sale or rent in this area.
