I'm Larry Medina, a Toronto based Realtor, intuitive guide, and creator of frequency clearings. Most people think real estate is about finding the right property, negotiating the right price, or getting the deal done. In my experience, it's much deeper than that. Buying, selling, and leasing often bring fears, doubts, old patterns, and emotional triggers to the surface. These energetic patterns influence the decisions we make, the opportunities we attract, and the experiences we create. Rather than bypassing them, I encourage them to be seen, felt, and processed. My approach to real estate is completely different. Alongside strategy, negotiation, pricing, and market guidance, I help clients identify the fears and energetic patterns that come up throughout the process. As they surface, I support clients through frequency clearings designed to help release what no longer serves them, creating space for greater clarity, confidence, and alignment. I've learned that every client enters my life for a reason. We are all connected. Before real estate, I spent nearly 20 years in the fashion industry, where I developed a deep understanding of consumer behavior, trend forecasting, and market psychology. My role required identifying patterns, anticipating demand, and making decisions about what people would connect with long before those trends became visible to the broader market. What many people call intuition today was sharpened through years of recognizing patterns before they became obvious, the exact same skills and tools I now use in real estate. Today, I bring together strategy, intuition, energetic awareness, and real estate expertise to help clients navigate some of life's biggest decisions. I work best with people who are open-minded, self-aware, curious, and willing to look beneath the surface. People who understand that the property is only part of the journey.
