Hi, I’m Gercek Ozcan. I grew up with sawdust on my shoes. With my family in the real estate development business for over 20 years, I spent my youth on construction sites watching buildings come to life. That early passion led to a 15-year career across Canada as a Design Engineer and Project Manager, followed by an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from York University. What does that mean for you?
