We recently purchased a condominium through Daniel. We found he was always on time for our appointments, patient with us and respectful of our specific requirements. With his excellent communication skills he explained the pros and cons of each unit we visited based on our needs to help us decide what was right for us and at what price. Once we purchased the condo we decided Daniel was the right person to handle the sale of our home as well. After each showing he followed up with the other agents for their comments about our property; he also discussed with us comparable listings in the area and their pros and cons, from their features to price, so we could understood where we stood in relation to what was available on the market. We sold in about two weeks in a slowing market and we were really pleased with how everything went. Daniel is a terrific agent and we will be happy to use him again and refer him to others.

He was very professional and was immediately able to book viewings for them. At each listing, he would list the pros and cons of each listing and was very honest, which we really appreciated. His communication was very timely and told us exactly what we absolutely needed to give him, and what would put us in a better spot for the competitive rental market, and handled everything else on his side which eased so much stress off of us. We would definitely work with Daniel again.
