Love a listing? See more just like it using the condos.ca "you may also like" feature

When you’re shopping online for a sweater or a computer or a book, you’re probably used to being served up other related items you might also enjoy. Condos.ca brings that same experience to buying or renting a property – simply scroll down any listing to see more options that are like the one you’re looking at. It pulls up properties with similar square footage, price point, neighbourhood, and other key features. 

If you’re coming to a listing directly from a link, it’s an easy way to expand your search. And if you’ve searched for listings using filters on condos.ca, it’s an opportunity to see properties that fall slightly outside your search parameters – that way you’re less likely to miss out on a great place. 

You might see something appealing just outside the neighourhood the original listing is in, or one that’s  slightly outside what you set as your max price. It may also show you other listings available in the same building, or help you spot a lovely unit in an older building you wouldn’t have thought to consider. 

Then, if any of the “similar” listings happen to catch your eye, you can use the “compare” tool to see how they measure up to your other choices.
