Stretching from Cambie Street to Clark Drive along Broadway, this up-and-coming neighbourhood has undergone a lot of exciting change since the 1990s and today attracts many first-time buyers, young families and professionals, as well as writers and artists. Mount Pleasant area is an active scene for new Vancouver condos with leading projects like Navio, Proximity Condos, and Ellsworth on the way.

For nearby green space, Guelph Park, Dude Chilling Park and Tea Swamp Park could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk. As for close-by schools, Saint Patrick Regional Secondary School and Calypso Montessori School are a 5-minute walk away.

If you are reliant on transit, don't fear, there is a TransLink BusStop (Westbound E Broadway @ Prince Edward St) a short walk. It also has (Bus) route 008 Fraser/downtown, (Bus) route 009 Boundary/commercial broadway/granville/alma/ubc, and more nearby. Main Street-Science World Station Platform 2 Subway is also only a 10 minute walk.
