Once part of the North Vancouver District, this North Shore community came into its own in 1912, but it wasn’t until after the construction of the Lions Gate Bridge that the population really started to grow. The neighbourhoods of West Vancouver span the North Shore coastline from Horseshoe Bay to North Vancouver City and consist primarily of single-family homes built in the 70s and 80s. There are modern Vancouver condos here, most of which are mid-rise and townhouse developments that appeal to West Vancouver’s high percentage of older residents.

Groceries can be found at Feast Restaurant which is a 10-minute walk and you'll find Pacifica Naturopathic Clinic only a 9 minute walk as well. If you're an outdoor lover, you are only steps away from Brissenden Park and Park.

Transit riders take note, you are a short walk to the closest Bus Stop (Westbound Queens Ave @ 2500 Block) with route Queens/park Royal.
