For nearby green space, Quilchena Park and Angus Park could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk.

Getting around the area is made simple. There is Eastbound W King Edward Ave @ Marguerite St Bus Stop, a short walk, with route Brentwood Station/ubc nearby.
