Transit riders take note, you are a short distance away to the closest TransLink BusStop (Eastbound W King Edward Ave @ Marguerite St) with (Bus) route 025 Brentwood Station/ubc. King Edward Station Platform 1 Subway is also only a 20 minute walk.
