If you love coffee, you're not too far from Tim Hortons located at 487 Interurban Way. Groceries can be found at Garden Fresh Food & Grocery which is a 6-minute walk and you'll find Fraser Pharmacy a 7-minute walk as well. For nearby green space, Sunset Dog Park, Memorial South Park and Gordon Park could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk.

Without a car, you can get around quite easily. The closest transit stop is a BusStop (Southbound Fraser St @ E 55 Ave) and is only steps away, but there is also a Subway stop, Langara-49th Avenue Station Platform 2, an 18-minute walk connecting you to the TransLink. It also has (Bus) route 008 Fraser/downtown, and (Bus) route N8 Downtown/fraser Nightbus nearby.
