Sunset is a quiet multicultural area and is a heart of the Punjabi community. The vibe of this eclectic place incorporates its past history and its vibrant present. If you’re looking for a neighbourhood with a strong sense of community, this is the place for you. Sunset is not yet an active player in the booming scene of Vancouver condos, offering primarily single-family homes, but it’s definitely a neighbourhood to watch.

There are a lot of great restaurants. If you can't start your day without caffeine fear not, your nearby choices include Starbucks. Groceries can be found at New Novelty Restaurant & Sweets which is a 5-minute walk and you'll find Fraserside Chiropractic a 5-minute walk as well. If you're an outdoor lover, you are a 5-minute walk from Sunset Park and Memorial South Park.

Getting around the area is made simple. There is Southbound Fraser St @ E 55 Ave Bus Stop, only steps away, with route Fraser/waterfront Station, and route Downtown/fraser Nightbus nearby.
