Condo Living in Strathcona

Situated only a few steps away from Downtown Vancouver, Strathcona is the oldest and culturally diverse area in the city. It was slated to be demolished in the 1950s, but the strength and commitment of the community, largely Chinese, petitioned to save their streets and homes. Today, Strathcona is a perfect example of old and new co-existing, with some of the best modern condos in Vancouver and funky historic loft conversions.

For nearby green space, Strathcona Park and Trillium Park could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk.

Without a car, you can get around quite easily. It also has route Knight/downtown nearby.
