What were you drawn to when you bought this property? When I bought this property, I was drawn to the unique location in Vancouver at the intersection of Chinatown and Crosstown, which has proven to be a wonderful area that has its own unique energy and hustle. At the same time, from this location you can easily access other neighbourhoods from here, including Gastown, Yaletown, and Mount Pleasant by walking/bus, or Commercial Drive which is only a Skytrain stop or two away. I loved the idea of being in a newer development amongst other interesting Vancouverites, and indeed the people within this community come from diverse backgrounds, with there being families, young professionals, and retirees all living in the building. The Keefer Block building has proven to be a place of respect, openness, and warmth amongst neighbours.
