Condo Living in Hastings-Sunrise
Hastings-Sunrise is the oldest Vancouver neighbourhood that offers suburban-like life just minutes away from Downtown. This area is particularly popular with young families due to the excellent location, affordability, and its proximity to a number of parks and a waterfront. There are only a handful of Vancouver condos here, but with a lot of large houses, this is the ideal neighbourhood for a family with kids to call home.
Some good places to grab a bite are Subway, Blowfish Sushi & Japanese Food or Pressbox Media Lounge. Venture a little further for a meal at one of the neighbourhood's restaurants. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Tim Hortons located at 2839 Hastings St E. Groceries can be found at Letterpress Bakery which is not far and you'll find Choo Fone, Alan MD only a 6 minute walk as well. You are not far from great parks like Hastings Community Park and The Sanctuary - Hastings Park.
Without a car, you can get around quite easily. It also has route 29th Avenue Station/arbutus nearby.
