One of the best areas in the city, Yonge and Lawrence is a well-established residential area with a lot to offer. There are only a handful of condos here at the moment but some savvy Toronto condo developers have a few new projects planned, which will bring some new life to the area. With it’s quiet tree lined streets and close proximity to more happening areas like Yonge and Eglinton, there are few places that can beat this Midtown spot.

Recommended nearby places to eat are Joy Thai Restaurant, Maiz and Dim Sum Queen. If you can't start your day without caffeine fear not, your nearby choices include Starbucks. Groceries can be found at Independent City Market which is only steps away and you'll find Smith's Pharmacy only a 10 minute walk as well. Entertainment options nearby include Gabby's RoadHouse. For nearby green space, Alexander Muir Memorial Gardens, Blythwood Ravine Park and St. Clements - Yonge Parkette could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk.
