Yonge and Davisville is quickly gaining a reputation as the place to be, growing in popularity with the young professional set, mainly due to the close proximity to downtown as well as the numerous pubs, bars and restaurants around. There are 9 condos here now but we have a feeling that more will be on their way, so watch this space.
There is a lot of greenery here, Oriole Park, the Kay Gardner Beltline Trail and Mt Pleasant Cemetery all have great walking/ running trails. Lots of the usual coffee shops are available as are some fantastic restaurants and bars. Yonge and Eglinton isn’t too far away and is great place to go shopping, catch a movie or find an amazing restaurant.
If you are living in a Yonge and Davisville condo, you’re only a short trip to the DVP and 401 and Mt Pleasant is a quick alternate to Yonge St, to get downtown. Transit is easy to come by, the Yonge-University-Spadina has numerous street entrances and there are surface routes ready to take you places the subway doesn’t go.
