For nearby green space, Rosehill Reservoir, George Hislop Park and Norman Jewison Park could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk. As for close-by schools, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School is a 7-minute walk away.

Without a car, you can get around quite easily. The closest transit stop is a BusStop (BLOOR ST EAST AT CHURCH ST) and is nearby, but there is also a Subway stop, BLOOR STATION - SOUTHBOUND PLATFORM, not far connecting you to the TTC. It also has (Bus) route 300 Bloor danforth Night Bus nearby.
