Ask any West End resident where their favourite place to spend a lazy day in the sun and chances are they’ll say, Trinity Bellwoods. The 37-acre park is the heart of this neighbourhood, offering a quiet refuge from Queen Street West's trendy cafés, art galleries, and restaurants.

The neighbourhood boasts several conversion style and modern Toronto lofts with a coveted view of the park, and there are a handful of cool new Toronto condos planned for the coming years. This West End neighbourhood is booming of late, with young professionals and hipsters alike flocking to live in its bar and restaurant-laden streets. With numerous events every year, like Portugal Day and the Queen West Art Crawl, it’s a place full of surprises. But still, the most popular thing to do is grab a blanket and picnic under the trees in the park. It’s so popular, there is even a brewery named after it: Bellwoods Brewery. Without a car, you can get around quite easily. The closest transit stop is a BusStop (DUNDAS ST WEST AT GRACE ST) and is a short walk, but there is also a Subway stop, CHRISTIE STATION - WESTBOUND PLATFORM, only a 17 minute walk connecting you to the TTC. It also has (Bus) route 505 Dundas nearby. For drivers, the closest highway is Gardiner Expressway and is within a few minutes drive, making it easier to get into and out of the city using on and off ramps on Jameson Ave.
