608 Richmond St W & 618 Richmond St W, Toronto
The Harlowe
Overview
In contrast to the sleek and sometimes glitzy look of a number of newer Queen West condos, Lamb Development Corp decided to pay tribute to the neighbourhood's past and bring an understated, yet elegant warehouse-style design to The Harlowe at 608 Richmond Street West. The goal is to create something that feels like it's always been there, so that although it's brand new, the building already feels like home.
If you love the classic look of brick, hardwood, glass and exposed concrete, but also the efficiency of an all-new build, this could be the place for you. These mid-rise Toronto condos were completed in 2019 and offer about 210 suites. The main structure is red brick with black metal and wood accents and boast warehouse-look windows. Spread out over 14 floors, suites at The Harlowe are available in one-, two- or three-bedroom plans, with an exceptional number of different layouts. The top four floors, made of glass and steel, are set back and will house larger penthouse suites with panoramic city views.
Amenities include parking, a fitness centre, private lounge and dining area and a concierge. You're in a prime location close to everything the city has to offer, so anything not at The Harlowe shouldn't be more than a few minutes away.
