The vibrant Distillery District has an array of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. The neighbourhood is known for its character and history. A few local spots include Pure Spirits Oyster House and Grill, Mill St. Brew Pub, and for coffee lovers Balzac's on Trinity Street. For groceries and household goods, there is a Rabba not far away on Front Street and a Loblaws on Lower Jarvis. For fresh fruits and vegetables check out Organics Live on Mill Street and the nearby St. Lawrence Farmers’ Market. There is also a TD Bank and a Beer Store on the ground level.
The downtown core, Financial District, Yonge Street, Eaton Centre, is only a TTC ride away on King Street or along the Mill Street bus route. Across the street you will find Parliament Square Park, a nice urban green space, and in the east end there is Corktown Common and the Don River Trails.
Living in this Distillery District loft is made easier by access to the TTC. KING STATION - SOUTHBOUND PLATFORM Subway stop is a 13-minute walk.
