You're really close to trendy King West and it's range of eateries from cafés to fine dining, but there's also lots of choice just out the door. Liberty Shawarma, St. Louis Bar and Grill and Mi-Ne Sushi are all good options. If you can't start your day with out caffeine fear not, Tim Horton's and Java Joe's are less than a 5-minute walk. Groceries can be found at Sobeys around the corner and you'll find Bulkco a short walk away as well. Wanting to catch a movie? TIFF Bell Lightbox is within walking distance. Optima - CityPlace is also not far away from green space like Southern Linear Park, Clarence Square Dog Park and Canoe Landing.
So much is walkable, but if you prefer transit, there is a TTC Streetcar Stop a short walk away at Spadina and Bremner, or, a 15-minute walk, will take you to Union Station. Drivers can access to the Gardiner Expressway via the Spadina Ave onramp within 400 metres, making it easy to get around Toronto.

Absolutely love this building. Stellar security, awesome views, and great amenities. Close park, shopping and grocery. Ripley's aquarium next door, so is the Skydome and CN Tower. Easy transit to union and on Spadina. Movie Theatre, Pool, Guest suite. Gym all downstairs.
