With unobstructed waterfront access and small-town quiet, this beach community features similar amenities to its east-end counterparts, without the skyrocketing prices. While the range of new Toronto condos here may be less than downtown, it is only a matter of time as New Toronto is definitely catching the eye of developers. The condo values over the past ten years have shown steady growth, and we expect that to continue.

The waterfront access in New Toronto is amazing, with no less than four parks between Lake Shore Boulevard and the water. There are many walking and biking trails within the parks and some beach access too. Not just a summer place, there is a great outdoor ice rink at Prince of Wales Park that is equipped with change rooms and offers supervised free skates and kid's hockey. Also the home of Humber College Lakeshore Campus, the neighbourhood has a high demand for housing with all the students and educators moving into this Etobicoke neighbourhood.

There are a lot of great restaurants. If you can't start your day without caffeine fear not, your nearby choices include Tim Hortons. For grabbing your groceries, Rabba Fine Foods is not far.

Getting around the area is made simple. There is Garnett Janes Rd at Twelfth St East Side Bus Stop, only steps away, with route Islington South nearby. If you need to get on the highway often, Gardiner Expressway and Islington Ave has both on and off ramps and is within a few minutes drive.
