One of the original pre-planned garden suburbs in Toronto, Lawrence Park is now known as the wealthiest Midtown neighbourhood, according to a 2011 article in Canadian Business magazine. The area offers the calm of suburbia just minutes from the big city, surrounded by some of Toronto’s most prestigious locales and homes.

The Lawrence Park South area spans south of Lawrence west of Yonge Street to Eglinton, with many Toronto condos enjoying the conveniences of Yonge Street living. There are copious parks nearby, including the Don Valley Golf Course to the north, a great place for twilight tee-offs, plus Blythwood Ravine Park, ideal for jogging and cycling. Between Avenue Road and Yonge Street, residents will find many shops, restaurants, and services, as well as boutique shops, delicious dining and fun entertainments north of Lawrence Avenue.

Condo living in Lawrence Park South is made easy with many urban transit options from convenient subway access at Lawrence Station to bus routes along Lawrence and Avenue Road. For drivers, you can put your foot to the pedal on the Allan Road, the 401, and the Don Valley Expressway, taking you anywhere in the city

Some good places to grab a bite are Roberto's Ristorante Italiano, Uncle Betty's or Rollian Sushi. Venture a little further for a meal at one of the neighbourhood's restaurants. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Starbucks located at 2630 Yonge St. For grabbing your groceries, Ourwellness is a 6-minute walk.

If you are reliant on transit, don't fear, there is a Bus Stop (Yonge St at Lytton Blvd) only a 3 minute walk. If you need to get on the highway often, Allen Rd and Lawrence Ave W has both on and off ramps and is within a few minutes drive.
