Overview
Loft conversion pioneers Bob Mitchell & Associates transformed a former Decca Records warehouse into Industrial Revolution II, a collection of 12 first-class hard loft Queen West condos. So cool factor, check.
These are really impressive suites that have two or three levels, hardwood floors, exposed brick and steel and ceiling heights of 12-20 feet. All of them have fireplaces and ground level suites have patios and the three-level upper lofts have terraces - all with gas hookups for the BBQ. You sort of need to see them to really appreciate how great they are. Unfortunately, like it's sister building Industrial Revolution I, these downtown Toronto condos don't come on the market too often. Something worth waiting for...

Susan Hobbs, Georgia Scherman Projects and Queen West Art Crawl are all within walking distance and could be a great way to spend some down time.
For nearby green space, Stanley Park, Saint Andrew's Playground and Alexandra Park could be good to get out of your condo and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk. As for close-by schools, St Mary Elementary School and Niagara Street Junior Public School are a short walk from Industrial Revolution II.

Industrial Revolution II is steps to the famous 501 Streetcar that cuts a path along the length of Queen St, running east- and westbound.
