This North York neighbourhood attracts mostly families with its laid-back pace and access to parks along the Humber River.

The main commercial thoroughfare along Weston Road features grocery stores, restaurants, and other businesses, as well as access to the rest of the city.

Though mostly residential housing, several condos along major arteries offer excellent value.

Without a car, you can get around quite easily. The closest transit stop is a BusStop (GARY DR AT PORTAGE AVE) and is a short distance away, but there is also a Subway stop, DOWNSVIEW PARK STATION - SOUTHBOUND PLATFORM, a 7-minute drive connecting you to the TTC. It also has (Bus) route 59 Maple Leaf nearby. Access to Hwy 401 is within a 4-minute drive away, making it easy for those driving to get into and out of the city getting on and off at Weston Rd.
