Overview

Toronto-born celebrity architect Frank Gehry has created his “homecoming” project – Forma is his tallest building in the world, designed as a tribute to the city where he grew up. Two skyscrapers will rise from a base that houses commercial and ritual space, an art gallery, and a new, cutting-edge campus for OCAD University. Existing heritage buildings including the Princess of Wales and Royal Alexandra theatres will be preserved and incorporated into what has been described as “a genuine architectural masterpiece.”

Currently in preconstruction, the two residential towers will be located on King Street West at Simcoe, one 83-storeys tall, the other 73, with just over 2,000 suites. Designed in Frank Gehry’s signature deconstructive style, these unique downtown condos are destined to become two of the city’s most iconic buildings.

Forma Condos is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a piece of the city's future, designed by one of the preeminent architects of our time.

About 150 King St W, Toronto

What's Nearby

Forma Condos will be in the heart of the Entertainment District, right downtown, where you'll find Broadway-calibre shows and excellent restaurants. The core is home to the world-renowned CN Tower, once the tallest free-standing structure in the world, as well as historic Round House Park – home of the Steam Whistle Brewing Company. You’ve got amazing dining options, independent coffee shops and grocery stores everywhere. It’s a short walk to the waterfront, where you can enjoy the best of the summer. And the always incredible St. Lawrence Market is close at hand.

Getting Around

Living in a condo in the core is a dream. Everything you can think of is only minutes away and if it’s raining or the middle winter, you can use the PATH system to get around. The PATH is a network of underground shops and restaurants with direct access to over 50 condos and office towers, subway stations and Union Station. There are about 30 km of paths down there – you could stay underground all day if you wanted to!

Above ground, you can hop on a number of streetcars or buses to get to your destination, and if you’re driving, the Gardiner Expressway is on the south border of the neighborhood.
