Spanning north of Eglinton Avenue West around Bathurst Street, Forest Hill North features the same desirable amenities of the wider Forest Hill area with higher density housing and more affordable prices. It is a largely residential neighborhood with commercial strips found on the main thoroughfares like Eglinton and Spadina Road, but otherwise, you’ll find mostly broad, tree-lined streets with a variety of natural and manicured landscapes.
