From Backstage: Our project is located at the corner of The Esplanade and Yonge. It’s in the historic St. Lawrence district of Toronto, which also means it’s in the centre of a truly vibrant area. And just minutes away, the St. Lawrence Market, Berczy Park, the waterfront, Front Street shops and restaurants and easy access to local and regional transit stations. Best of all, this project will connect directly with the PATH concourse (talk about being spoiled!). This breathtaking point tower is inspired by renowned architect Page + Steele, with interiors by Munge Leung, and landscaping by the internationally recognized firm Claude Cormier. It’s more than just a condominium residence. It’s a new Toronto landmark.

Some good places to grab a bite are PUDOpoint Counter, The Keg Steakhouse + Bar or Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill. Venture a little further for a meal at one of St. Lawrence neighbourhood's restaurants. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Tim Hortons located at 33 Yonge St. For groceries there is Green Box which is not far.
Transit riders take note, 1 The Esplanade is only steps away to the closest public transit Bus Stop (The Esplanade at Yonge St) with route Esplanade-river. If you're driving from Backstage on the Esplanade, you'll have quick access to the rest of the city by way of Gardiner Expressway as well, which is within 200 meters using Yonge St ramps.
