For grabbing your groceries, Gabi & Jules Handmade Pies & Baked Goods is only a 9 minute walk. For nearby green space, Westhill Park and Park could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk.

If you are reliant on transit, don't fear, there is a Bus Stop (Southbound Princeton Ave @ McMaster Court) not far. It also has route Moody Centre Station/lougheed Station, and route Port Moody Secondary School nearby.
