Spanning east and west along the slopes of the North Shore mountains, North Vancouver District is a community of mostly single-family homes nestled among abundant greenery. Surrounding North Vancouver City, the smaller neighbourhoods of Upper Capilano, Lynn Valley, and Deep Cove among others all offer small urban centres, but have a more rural feel at the end of the day. There are Vancouver condos for sale in these neighbourhoods, ranging in styles of mid-rise and townhouse communities, perfect for outdoor recreationists, retirees, and established professionals.

Some good places to grab a bite are Medley's Grill and The Pantry Restaurant. Venture a little further for a meal at one of the neighbourhood's restaurants. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Delany's Coffee located at 1277 Lynn Valley Rd. For groceries there is Real Canadian Superstore which is a 12-minute walk. Love being outside? Look no further than Lynn Canyon Park, Bridgman Park or Pioneer Park, which are only steps away away.

If you are looking for transit, don't fear, there is a TransLink BusStop (Capilano University @ Bay 1) a 4-minute walk. It also has (Bus) route 028 Capilano University/phibbs Exchange/joyce Station nearby. Brentwood Town Centre Station Platform 1 Subway is also a 8-minute drive.
