Because each of our Realtors™ specializes by property type and/or neighbourhood, there is, by nature of our structure, less internal competition. But even where there is crossover, our Realtors™ work together better than any other brokerage we’ve observed in our collective experience. How do we know this? Because our Realtors™ tells us, all the time.

One of our biggest gripes with the industry is the tendency for brokerages to hire Realtors™ and then leave them to sink or swim on their own, with little to no training or accountability.
