I had my heart set on a new home before the holidays and Sunny made that dream a reality for me. He was always quick to respond, super friendly and easy to work with. He went over and above for me by taking photos, videos and did a virtual walk through for me and then did a personal viewing just to make sure I loved it in person. He gave clear instructions on the few things I needed to provide and he handled to rest for me. Even after I was approved and signed the lease, he made sure that I was happy and all of my questions were answered and made me feel more than comfortable to reach out if I needed anything else. He guided us through the process and was very quick to response which is very important when looking for a home downtown TO. I lived out of the city and with the pandemic it wasn’t easy transporting back and forth to Toronto, so Sunny conducted all our showings via Video call, which was great and convenient. Sunny understood that I will need to take the train to work, so he made sure the unit was close to the train station and when he went to the house showings he would gather some information from current residents and the concierge regarding access(walk) to public transportation. He went above and beyond for my sister and I. Due to Sunny’s professionalism and experience we were able to secure a fantastic unit in the heart of downtown toronto for a very good price. He understood our needs and he ensured we didn’t compromise and got everything we needed to enjoy and be happy with our new unit.
