I am writing this review on behalf of our amazing real estate agent, Sonya. When my roommate and I decided to move downtown, we knew we needed help finding the perfect place. We didn’t want just any condo. We wanted to make this would be an enjoyable experience. We had a long list of criteria (high ceilings, open layout, large balcony, city view, dog friendly, among many others). We were also working with a tight budget and many realtors said we would never find a place and refused to work with us. Sonya was very professional, dedicated and patient as we went to see several condos. She knew this was very important to us and continuously sent us listings that had the potential to match our requirements. She was punctual during our viewings and worked around our busy schedule. She shared in our excitement as we finally found a place that surpassed our expectations. She helped us with every step, with all the paperwork we had to fill out and sign and made such a complicated process very easy for us. She answered all our questions throughout the entire time we were working with her, she shared her honest opinion and continuously did many follow-ups with us to ensure everything went smoothly. I am very pleased with all the hard work Sonya did to ensure our comfort and happiness with our new home. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a real estate agent and would definitely enjoy working with her again in the future.
