Sarah was absolutely wonderful to work with, and made the difference in finding the right place to live. Being new to the province, Sarah took the time to explain the rental process in Toronto, and took great care to ensure that not only all the documents were compiled, but provided recommendations to build the strongest possible application to stand out in a very competitive rental market. She listened to our needs, and ensured we had a variety of locations options that met our criteria. Her extensive knowledge of the Toronto areas and buildings was an asset and made the process efficient. She took the time to connect with the landlord to find out what types of renters they were looking for to help build a strong application and advocated for us tenants throughout discussions. She made the process simple and ensured that we ended up in the right apartment. From the beginning, Sarah had displayed the highest level of professionalism and assistance in our condo hunting process. Sarah took us on and didn’t give up on us. She booked more than 5 viewings on short notice, and even took it upon herself to Uber us to each location at her own expense so that we did not have to pay for parking or walk long distances. We were desperately looking for a condo that would accommodate us 3 girls while still remaining under budget. Not only did Sarah find us a condo, she found us a condo right in the nick of time and nearly $200 under our original budget right in the heart of downtown on Bay St. Our dream condo to say the least. She walked us through any confusing clauses on the leasing agreements, and changed any clauses that we had trouble with in order to work in our favor. She kept in contact with us throughout the entire process and never left us in the dark. Any email she received was promptly forwarded to our mailboxes in order to keep us in the know throughout the entire process. At the end of it all, she took us out for bubble tea on her! Sarah is an exceptional agent, and any client would be extremely lucky to have her as their representative. Thank you, Sarah!

Sarah is very easy to deal with and she will do everything to make sure that you are comfortable and satisfied in the process.
