I found Rahul on the property.ca website when I was browsing condos for sale, last year around the same time. In the very first call, Rahul asked me for my preferences and we started the hunt. He made sure every house he listed had those preferences (structural and financially affordable). He never missed them even once. I had commissioned Mr. Rahul Sudan to be our agent in securing a suitable tenant for our rental condominium unit. Being a novice in the condo rental business, I was very satisfied with the manner that Rahul conducted our first meeting. He patiently answered my questions and explained the process of finding a tenant that I will feel comfortable living in my condominium. My unit was presented in detail which attracted potential tenants. After a week from listing the property he gave me update as to where we are in the vetting process. A day later, my condominium was tagged as "LEASED" at our stated price. I would recommend Rahul to anyone who needs a good agent for their property.

To say that "Rahul is a good real estate agent" would not do justice to the efforts he puts into his work. We first got in touch with Rahul when a friend of ours referred him. We were looking for a new apartment unit to rent, and he asked us our preferences and budget. Based on our inputs he sent us an initial list of condos and booked showings for the ones we shortlisted. Our list of non-negotiables grew after each round of showings, and Rahul took them into consideration at each step. Every subsequent showing was a better fit than the previous one. He was also extremely patient with us. We visited 8-10 listings and not once did he even so much as nudge us into placing an offer for a unit we weren't 100% sure about. To the contrary, on more than one occasions, he advised us against some of our shortlisted choices with sound reasoning. This helped us avoid pitfalls and find a better option later. During the offer and closing process, he made sure any non-compliant or inappropriate clauses did not find their way into the lease agreement, educated us on the ones that did and had them removed prior to signing. Our experience working with Rahul has been positive across the board. We will be requesting his services again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for a real-estate agent.
