Working as a licensed real estate broker since 2004, with work experience in multiple aspects of the real estate industry (mortgage brokering, title insurance, mortgage software sales, mortgage software development, and mortgage underwriting), Paul brings a unique skill set and a vast amount of real estate knowledge to the table. With over $350M in sales and a personal owner of multiple investment properties, Paul primarily focuses on residential and investment real estate, but is also experienced in dealing with commercial properties, vacant land, industrial properties, office leasing, environmentally contaminated lands and retail leasing. Paul’s value proposition extends well beyond the sale itself, with clients having access to his team and group of trusted professionals which include mortgage brokers, tax professionals, lawyers, insurance brokers, investment advisors, architects, engineers, contractors, landscapers and property managers. After working for multiple real estate brokerages, Paul teamed up with Jordan to create Core Assets Real Estate (CARE). Today, the CARE team has grown into a group of elite agents with a reputation for outpacing and outperforming the competition. In addition to being a Managing Partner for CARE, Paul has built his own trusted team of professionals to meet his standard of excellence in service to his clients. In his time away from the real estate world, Paul enjoys spending time with his family at his home in Etobicoke and being active by golfing, playing tennis, fishing and playing on volleyball and basketball teams.
