We are very happy to have been working with Marc over the years. First, he helped us find a rental place and then purchase our own. As first-time home renters and later buyers the number of things to consider is a little overwhelming, but Marc has guided us each step of the way and always explained both good and bad points about each property we looked at. We were new to the process and needed help figuring out everything from the area of the city suitable for our needs to finding a good lawyer and mortgage options.
