My boyfriend and I recently went through the process of finding an apartment to rent in Toronto and were very lucky to have Lauren Emond help us through it every step of the way. She was extremely knowledgable about all of the neighbourhoods and areas we visited, which was very helpful to us considering that we were moving from a different city. She pointed out things in each building/location/unit that we would have overlooked ourselves, and made sure to mention the pros and cons of each location (including past tenants’ complaints), to help us make a fully-informed decision. Lauren also helped us create an application that allowed us to stand out amongst other potential tenants, which ultimately enabled us to secure the perfect condo. Lauren was very honest, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping us find a condo we loved. She put in lots of effort to make our experience as smooth and successful as possible. She made what could have been a complicated and stressful task the exact opposite — it was simple, worry-free, and fun. We are very grateful for all of Lauren’s effort and help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to rent a condo. Thank you for everything, Lauren! :)

We recently worked with Lauren Emond to find a new rental unit when we decided to sell our condo and move closer to work, friends and family. Lauren was extremely helpful throughout the whole process as it had been a long time since we had gone through this! She was able to set us up with viewings extremely quickly and was knowledgeable. Once we found our dream unit, Lauren got everything moving and within a day we had signed everything (which was all done online and made things 10x easier). She worked really well with our landlords real estate agent to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. She also e-mailed us extremely helpful links for moving itself and after the move to help with hydro, hiring movers, etc. We would absolutely use Lauren again in the future!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lauren after she reached out to me from Condos.ca. I had a poor experience with my last agent from a different organization and was trepidatious about starting this whole process again but I instantly felt a connection and commitment from Lauren. I am a busy young professional with limited time for viewings and Lauren managed to curate only those properties that were best suited for me which meant we were able to maximize my time. She worked tirelessly from early morning emails to responding to my often late night emails and in the end I ended up in the #1 building I was looking for all along. In my time using condos.ca (property.ca), I have had nothing but positive experiences when looking for rentals in Toronto, Ontario. I have been fortunate enough to have Lauren Emond as my agent, as she has provided impeccable service, been extremely reliable, and always extremely responsive. In a city where rentals can be described as un-affordable, she was able to help find good deals on two separate occasions and her knowledge of the rental trends in the city is at a high level.
